Repair rather than replace
When your orthotics show signs of wear, replacement is not always the only option. Our repair and adjustment service can considerably extend the lifespan of your devices. A simple top cover change, the addition of cushioning material or a shell correction can give your orthotics a second life.
We offer an orthotic refresh service that includes replacing the top cover, checking the integrity of the shell, and making the adjustments needed to account for changes in your condition. This service costs a fraction of the price of a new pair of orthotics and extends their usable life by several months.
Reducing our footprint
Local manufacturing in our Montréal laboratory considerably reduces the carbon footprint associated with transportation. By keeping production close to home, we eliminate the long-distance shipping and excess packaging associated with overseas outsourcing.
In our laboratory, we constantly seek to minimize production waste. Material offcuts are recovered whenever possible, and we optimize our cutting and milling processes to reduce losses. We also work with our suppliers to favour recyclable packaging and reduce the use of single-use plastic.
