Our fabrication laboratory
Our laboratory, located in the heart of Montréal, is where every one of our orthotics comes to life. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and run by experienced technicians, it lets us control every step of fabrication — from receiving the cast to finishing the device.
Unlike many clinics that outsource fabrication to external labs — sometimes overseas — we keep the entire process under our own roof. This vertical integration means the orthotist who assesses you is in direct communication with the technician building your orthotic. The result is a truly personalized device that matches the clinical recommendations precisely.
Our lab uses digital milling, thermoforming, and casting equipment that allows precision down to a tenth of a millimetre. Every orthotic goes through a rigorous quality-control process before being delivered to the patient.
Premium-grade materials
The quality of an orthotic depends directly on the quality of the materials used. We rigorously select our suppliers and use only medical-grade materials that meet the strictest industry standards.
Our orthotic shells are built from high-density polymers that offer optimal support while preserving a natural flexibility. Top covers are chosen for durability, comfort, and resistance to daily wear. Depending on each patient's needs, we use memory-foam padding, shock-absorbing layers, and antibacterial top covers.
Precision and speed
Manufacturing locally gives us a major advantage on turnaround time. While labs that outsource production take 4 to 6 weeks, our foot orthotics are generally ready in 2 to 3 weeks. When it's urgent, we can accelerate production to deliver even faster.
This proximity also makes adjustments easy. If your orthotic needs a tweak after delivery, we can do the adjustment in our lab the same day you visit — no need to ship the device to a third party. You leave with a corrected, perfectly fitted orthotic.
